Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Processing: Orders canceled before they are processed will not incur any cancellation fees.
- After Processing: Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 6% processing fee.
Order/Item Return Policy
30-Day Return Period:
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied to all returned items for a refund.
- A minimum restocking fee of 4% will be applied to items returned in "as new" condition.
- Opened packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- System returns and opened items that cannot be resold as "new" are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refund Details:
- Refunds will not include original freight or shipping and handling charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for physically damaged, altered, or improperly packaged items.
- Refund amounts will reflect the current price of the returned items.
- Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be in original, sellable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and software.
After 30 Days:
- Products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit after 30 days.
- Items beyond the 30-day return period are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Individual components carry only the manufacturer's warranty. CPU Solutions, Inc. only warranties their built systems outside of the 30 day return window.
Software Returns:
- All software sales are final. CPU Solutions, Inc. does not accept software returns.
Special Order Items:
- Special order items are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds or credits will be issued to the purchaser's credit card or via company check.
- Please allow up to 30 days from the date the returned merchandise is received for refund processing.
